"what can we learn from success and failure?"

Success means different for everyone, for somepeople think success means being rich, having a job theylove, enjoying a happy family life, enjoying good health, being famous, doing well on exam, and many others. In my opinion success mean being able to do what I want. To be successful there are some different ways like ways of thinking, achievable goals, seriousness, action, hard working, focus, and struggle.

Every success always starts with failure. We need to be able to recognize a failure and take a lesson from that. Failure is could be Success if you can learn from it. Don't give up easyly, remember why you start.

I like that qoute, it's remind us not to be pesimistic. In the begining if we have set our mind to be faild, definitely we will get failed but if we think we will be a successful  it will make another things that will be easy and we will be easy to chase our dream.

In chasing our dream we should remember 1. Having clear goals, 2. Trying hard, 3. Never giving up, and the last being lucky.

Inspiring lecturer

Hello! I'll tell you about my inspiring people who are succesful.

I am Monalisa, I am 4th in Sriwijaya University and my major is Mathematics Education. If I am lucky, I hope I can get scholarship in abroad especially in Utrecht University.  And then after I graduated from college I will be a teacher or lecturer who can inspiring my students and helping them in Mathemathics. My inspiring people are spouse who teach me in college, both of them are my lecturer. They are Prof. Zulkardi and Prof. Ratu Ilma Indra Putri. They are lecturer who are smart, friendly, innovative, and creative . They always encourage us to achive our ambition.  

First is Prof. Zulkardi (1961), he grew up in the small city, Prabumulih, South Sumatera Indonesia. He entered the Department of mathematics education, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education in Sriwijaya University. He graduated in 1984 and became as a lecturer in 1986. Then, he got his Master of Computer Science (M.I. Komp.) from the University of Indonesia in collaborating with the University of Maryland, USA (1989-1990) and Master of Science (M.Sc) in Education Science and Technology from the University of Twente, the Netherlands (1998-1999).

His latest education is in University of twente and Freudenthal Institue, Uthecht University, the Netherlands (1999-2002) and got Doctor degree (Ph.D) in Mathematics Education. He has merried with Prof. Ratu Ilma in 1993. In 2005 he got Proffesor Mathemtics Education. 

Then, his wife Prof. Ratu Ilma Indra Putri. She finished college in Mathemethics education, Sriwijaya University in 1991, continued master degree in Bogor Agricultural University (IPB) with major is Statistics. The latest education is in University of Jakarta and graduated in 2010.

One thing that always inspiring me, are : They are is not stingy with their knowladge, if we ask something they would be happy and answer it clearly. And a research being their hobby, they often doing research and joining internasional seminar together.

As a lecturer definitely they have many activity in their field. In brief, how to they teach, how to they motivate and how to they give a reinforcement to us it touches the heart. So that it will make a differences with others.
